Icemart ships worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated by products´weight and destination country. The total amount is shown in the last step of the checkout proccess.
Icemart will make sure that all ceramic and glass products are well packed before sending out. Fragile products are protected by bubble-wrap or similar material, before getting safely packed in a cardboard box. Icemart can not be responsible for any damage during transit.
All orders are shipped from Iceland. We do our best to process orders within 24 hours of being placed. All orders are processed during office hours on weekdays; we do not process any orders on weekends or Icelandic bank holidays. This means that if your order is placed after 4 PM on a Friday (GMT +00:00) it will be processed on Monday. All orders sent abroad usually takes 7-10 working days to arrive.
Please note that due to the COVID-19 virus, shipments may take up to about 4-6 weeks.
Changing or cancelling orders
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 30 minutes of being paid. After that time limit, we cannot guarantee any changes to your order. Please contact us if you need any help.
After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number. The tracking number can also be found in your account.
Customs and taxes
Excluded in Shipping costs are custom fees and taxes according to receiving country´s laws. Icemart has no control over TAX, VAT or extra duty fees set by local authorities.
If your order was, for some reason, not delivered and sent back to us at Icemart, the order will automatically be treated as a return. When this happens, we kindly ask you to place a new order.
