If you receive your Icemart product and are not satisfied, you are welcome to return the item(s) at your own cost. Goods must be returned in the same condition as you received them, i.e. packed in original case, in one piece, un-worn and un-washed. We accept returns that are shipped within 30 days of receiving them. Please include a note with all order details, e.g. the name of the customer as it appears on the order and order number.

All items are inspected on return. If the item is in its original condition, we will refund the item(s) to the original form of payment. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will contact you and may have to send it back. If you’d like a refund for your goods, but you can’t return them to us for any reason, then a refund for those goods will be at our discretion.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund for the original order, the returned item(s) will be refunded but shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable insured service. Icemart cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit.
Icemart does not exchange products, due to low stock and high order volume. If you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
Customs and taxes
Icemart cannot be held responsible for tax on returned items.
Faulty or damaged goods
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact Icemart as soon as possible and we will try to solve the issue.
